    Jan 2, **** i had my car towed into Big ****** where i received the worst costumer service. **** was rude and yelled at me saying i was the worst customer he has ever had. And the reason was i would call and leave a message and they never called back. I had to go down there twice to get some word on what is going on with my car. He told me that i needed a Power Control Module was bad and that they no longer made that part. My car is 2018 Dodge Journey. when i went in he told me that he would have to take my part out and send to have it fixed. I asked is there a warranty and he preceded to say NO. To make sure i understood, i asked so if it goes out again, I am pretty much out $2000.00. He said yes and electronic don't have warranties. He also said that he checked with Dodge Dealer and Auto Zone. so on 1/15/24 I called the Dodger dealer and asked if its true that the part is no longer made. I gave them my vin and they said yes they still make the part. its less than 10yrs old. I called Big ****** and advised i would be in to pay for the diagnostic fee which was more than he originally quoted. On the receipt i was given it showed that they had ordered the part. Now he previously told me more than once they no longer make the part. I asked for my car keys per the tow truck drivers suggestion and they refused to give them to me. When the tow truck picked up my car and took it to the Dodge dealer they gave him the wrong keys. Now i was recommended to Big ****'s but apparently if you're a woman he is not honest. It's really sad that there are dishonest people. If he didn't know how to test and find out what was wrong, he should have just said so. There is no shame on admitting you can't fix something. I would not have been without a car since 1/2/24. Beware if you chose to go to his business.

    ******, we answered your calls and your questions every single day, sometimes two or three times a day you would call, you even had your daughter calling us. We are an extremely busy small business. I am the only office person to answer all your continuous calls asking for an update we didn't have for you. Never once were you told they "didn't make the part" you were told the part was on backorder with no eta. We told you that we could take yours out and send it in to have it repaired and that it takes about 6 weeks to do that. As far as the warranty goes, when you called the dealer did you ask them if electrical parts like a pcm carry a warranty? I know you didn't because they would've told you no. No one warranties electrical components like computers. On your receipt given it did show we ordered the part, we placed an order on the back ordered part because sometimes when we order a part that is back order it will show up sooner than we were told. Just an fyi for you, we still have to buy that part made specifically to your van because we can't return it now. We try our hardest to be proactive and take care of our customers. We did know how to fix your van or we wouldn't have told you what was wrong with it and paid for the part I am now stuck with. When you came to pay your bill so the tow truck could pick it, no we did not give you the key, we never let keys leave here without the vehicle leaving and yes the wrong key was given to the tow truck driver. Believe it or not we are humans that make mistakes. **** and I are honest and gender has nothing to do with it at all! We have tons of single women that have been our customers for years and trust us whole heartedly. As the saying goes, you can't please everyone and you are one of those people you just can't please. Good luck to Ms.***********;

    Yesterday, I dropped my **** 500X off at Big ****** to diagnose a rattling noise under the front of the vehicle every time it hit a bump in the road. I expected to pay thousands for this repair. Instead, I walked out with new sway bar links and a bill of $266.85. I couldn't believe it. Such a low price and a great value.The price was more than fair and there was no evidence that the price for parts had been unfairly marked up or the labor rates unreasonable.I will be back again. This is a great group of people with fair and honest pricing. That is exactly what I need from an auto shop.And, get this. I was so impressed that I wanted to tip them $200, but they said they could not accept tips. They simply requested that I refer new customers to them. Fair enough. That's what I am doing.Great people! Big ****'s is awesome!~*********************
