  I reached out to ** *** ***** to bond my husband when speaking to him I told him exactly what my husbands bond was he told me he would do the bond for 350, it took me a few weeks to get the bond finally got the money reached out to ** ***** once again and let me also add how rude he was in any contact I had with him. I explained to him that I do not have a car but he kept insisting I had to go to his office to fill out the paper work so I spend 15 dollars to go to his office for him to tell me I now have to have ************************************** 350 that day but he actually kept it at 350 until I got to his office. He made it a big deal that I go to his office. After seeing reviews ** ***** does not need you to go to the office he will work anytime and can do it over the phone also after reading reviews and talking to some people I know that have dealt with ** ***** he will bond your person out if you do favors for him. I don't know what this man's problem is but he's very, very unprofessional and should not have a business. He takes people's money he lies and treats people poorly. I believe he needs to be investigated and his license taken away. I am ***** old and I have never dealt with such of a person as ** ***** who has no good intentions on helping people.

  Without further information as to the entire situation with the bond(s), its difficult to respond. The amount of the bond dictates the price. Its only a quote and it depends on the final amount of the bond. If the bond amount changed from what it was thought to be at the time, that will change the quoted amount. If another bond came up at that time as well, its the amount per bond. It is necessary to come to the office if the premium amount is in cash. 

  In addition, we are under no obligation to write a bond for anyone. This is a legitimate business and hearsay is invalid.

  We have not been contacted by any of the three indemnitors for this bond. This person is not an Indemnitor on this bond therefore, we will not release money to him. This is a false complaint.
