    Personable, kind, helpful, and fair with pricing. I drove up from the Springs to have my ****** computer memory upgraded. I sat and talked with the owner, ****, while he worked, and I dont resonate with negative reviewers description of him or his business. Hes a good egg. If I need future fixes, Ill consider him first!

    They are dishonest and rude, both the owner and tech. Brought in a computer that would not power on- they said it was broken inside, talked my fiance into a used computer, firthermore, they did not put it back together properly- I took it elsewhere and had a software issue fixed- It was working and we brought it back to ask them to put back the missing screws (try to find ones that fit , difficult) They talked my fiance (not very tech saavy) into a new motherboard so they could then s**** into the new motherboard- yet 3 weeks later came back more damaged, large screws in some areas , missing in others- they were extremely defensive,l and rude, blamed it on my fiance, which I admit was likely part of the problem, however refused to put screws back in, said it wasnt possible even after a new motherboard that was supposed to fix this dont go here for any computer work

    Mr. ********************* initially came to ProTech with the malfunction computer, explaining that it was damaged at his child's school by unknown means. ****************** was then informed there would be a delay in part due to the fact we dont have stock on-hand. He then requested to purchase a laptop because of the urgency of the use of the laptop. A time later **************** returned to have the laptop repaired cosmetically for the prior case damage. Upon diagnosing the damage ****************** was clearly told that the fix for the chipped motherboard would be ****** expensive and not worth the repair, a laptop replacement was only then recommended since it would have been a much cheaper and quicker process he insisted that this was the decision he wanted to make along with signing the repair form required before we make any purchases. In progress of the repair ****************** called several times and could have discontinued the work at anytime. ProTech had not be in any communication with ******************** fiance until after she was aware of his decision. ***************** then returned in to our store after the incident and apologized for her actions due to personal family issues .
