    Ive had Swims Disposal for 2 1/2 years, and today I told them to pick up their Dumpster! They are careless about everything, they dont close my gates appropriately as to where my dogs can get out and theyre just horrible all the way around!

    We have always closed the gates, this particular day, they closed and latched the gate wrong. We had a new employee on the truck, and he closed the automatic gate first, which them left a gap when he closed the manual gate.  On her pickup day March 23, the container was blocked, the container was facing a different direction to where the truck could not back up properly and there was truck parked to close to the container. The driver had moved on because the container could not be dumped without the possibility of damage to the truck parked. The homeowners are required to have a 3-to-4-foot clearance around the container with nothing in front of it. We did go back and dump after the truck was moved with no charge back.
