    They will be your best friend until they get your payment.They were referred to me by *******During the install they damaged my neighbors string lights. I was not made aware of this until two weeks later when they called me to "speak to my neighbor". It was extremely vague.The lights are a $60 replacement and I ended up having to pay my neighbor directly because Cooper decided to completely blow him off.I've now spent a significant amount of time getting ANYONE at this company to make this right.I finally got their installation manager to call me back (which I missed) and he then provided me the office number to get back in touch with him? Why not his direct number? I'm so done with ******* better. Own your mistakes.I will be filing a complaint with both ****** and ****** for having this company represent both of their ********** will get better customer support from the unemployment office.

    Cooper did a first time installation at my condo. They were great. They worked so hard all day and answered all my questions. They cleaned up all of their mess then gave me a 'tour' of the new AC unit & of course how to work it. Couldn't ask for more. So happy.

    Exceptional service by ******************************* checking our AC system and getting it back ready for the upcoming season. Called in advance, came on time, explained the tests he performed, cleaned the areas where he worked. Double checked system performance before he left. A very courteous gentleman who we would like coming to our home every year. ***********************

    ****** and **** were extremely professional in their work at our house. We are selling our home and in the need of replacing our 21 year old hot water heater. They were on time and respected our house while performing at a very high level and answering any questions I had. I highly recommend these two gentlemen.**** - Homeowner

    My initial experience with the salesperson was a positive and professional when finding them from ******* Then when we were prepared to sign their agreement, we started having very odd and unprofessional responses, actions and inactions with the initial sales person and ****** (Sales VP). Their standard practice appears to me to simply add all the ****** rebate benefit (17%) to the Project Cost. This practice allows Cooper to receive all the financial benefit of the ****** rebate instead of the customer. They offered a "discount" that was eventually rescinded because they now said that we didn't sign within 24 hours - even though they never mentioned the deadline. They offered to "clean the ** evaporator coils when during the furnace replacement 'typically costing $600'" as a concession. Again, this offer was also rescinded. After this and other events, I performed a more thorough research on Cooper HV**. I wish I started at their Better Business Bureau profile before even making the initial contact. That was my mistake. If you are considering Cooper Heating and Air, I strongly suggest reading all of the reviews and all of the complaints on this vendor before you even make an appointment.I now feel VERY lucky that we didn't sign an agreement with Cooper Heating and Air.

    To clarify, all jobs regardless if they are internal leads or ****** have the same pricing with the same benefits. All jobs are offered a discount to commit within the first 24 hours.

     

    Our goal is to provide the best customer experience possible which is transparent by our thousands of positive reviews across multiple platforms. Unfortunately we are all human and we all can be better so not every experience is the same but we make it a priority here to make sure we are continually reflecting, learning and striving for perfection.

    Absolutely the most incompetent group of people Ive ever come across. They messed so much up I was **** charters over the limit to leave this review. Its so much I cant ever leave a decent review. Complete failures lies, stealing, disgusting customer service, laziness should cover it! They almost refused to call for inspection had to remind them several times! Once inspected of course it failed! 100% the reason they didnt call for inspection. Theyre incompetent for sure but knew exactly what they were doing with that one. My place could be burnt to the ground by their negligence and incompetence. When they were there doing the work I made the suggestion to not do what they were doing completely ignored and ran the wiring the wrong anyway jeopardizing my saftey and property. Use them if you dont mind your life and property being lost! Stay far far away! Youd be better off watching ******* and doing the work yourself! Thankfully the inspector is the only person that could get this rectified. Lastly everything they did had to be touched multiple time due to their incompetence. Then turned around and charged a trip charge for their incompetence. Absolutely unbelievable cant make this stuff up even. If I preformed my job like this I would be living on the street. Still might be if my house ***** down due to their incompetence and negligence.

    Hello, I am sorry this has been your experience. Please be assured this is not normal practice for us and we will be working extremely hard to get this project back on the right track. We would not be in business still after 44 years if this was our standard. Unfortunately not every job goes as we plan but what separates us from the rest is how we respond when something goes awry. I have already spoken to our operations manager and she informed me that we have you set up with our quality assurance field supervisor as well as our electrical team to address all of your concerns promptly. We will also be doing a managers review of this project to make sure we are implementing trainings with the team to learn from this and make sure it does not happen again.
