  These guys did a classic 'bait and switch'.....We simply wanted them to rid us of mice....They ended up charging us for initial visit, then MONTHLY for 4- more visits....INCLUDING....bug spray which we didnt even order! All total, you are paying over $500! I feel like an idiot thinking I was paying for an initial mouse removal and a few more followups!

  Absolutely insane. We sat in your kitchen for 20 minutes going over the plan and everything, which you signed off on. Even your review here says you paid for an initial visit and a few more follow-*** not sure why you feel bait and switched. You are admitting right here that you signed up for my service. You are only ***et because you thought you were going to get a full home service for $43 at a time, which you also admitted you use to pay your previous companies $150 per service. Again, youre only ***et because you thought you were going to rip off a small company and pay $107 less than you normally would, when you realized that didnt pan out for you is when you got angry. Thanks for this negative review, but please include all the facts.

  Just want your money will not provide you with a contract when you first sign up. I thought the law for door to door sales in the state is still you have 3 business days from date of contact to cancel. This company just wants money. Had no problem paying for the first service done that same day for $60.00. Just cancelled yesterday which was 2nd business day from signing and got e-mails that they are entitled to another $200.00 of my money. Don't do business with these scammers!!!

  Maam, again, as I mentioned in our text thread, you are more than welcome to pull your ring camera footage and rewatch our entire interaction. Im actually very shocked at this review. I was at your home for about 25 minutes explaining what I do, you seemed extremely happy, stating the other companies you have used really sucked and you wanted someone better. I went over my plan and the contract, which you happily signed. I even went back after we performed the service and gave you a welcome card, you then said thank you so much, Ill see you in 60 days and Ill call the office to schedule the rest of the home when your son was available. Im sorry another door to door sales rep lied to you and got you to switch. I am definitely not just trying to get money. I encourage you to post the video from your ring door **** from Saturday, let future customers see for themselves how I actually conduct business. This review is very misleading and unfair.

  Tech (and apparently the owner) arrived to rid my home of a mouse issue isolated to my master bath. Tech used a cell phone flash light to look in an access door and indicated mice were present. Tech/owner was unable to determine how the mice were getting in to that one area, although he concocted a story about mice coming through garage, up two flights of stairs, down the hall and into the bathroom. Never checked the attic above the master bath which also had droppings. Never checked the basement. Instead, placed 4 food traps and was gone in 30 minutes. Told it takes 2 ************** date was 8/29 and 9/19 mice are still present. Ended up paying $329 for 30 minutes and 4 traps. DO NOT get suckered into their yearly plan. Look elsewhere for a more thorough company.
