    Booked two flights First flight came to be $328 but as a mistake place the wrong credit card. The agent contacted me multiple times via email trying to confirm payment prior releasing my flight. I called them and explain them I had already booked a cheaper flight with them and no longer needed this one but I had called for the other one 12 hours, 24hours, 36 hours & 48 hours after and no confirmation. I have 4 emails also send to them requesting ituntil today I get a cancellation with no tries of the cheaper flight that was $138. This site is a scammade me waste time in waiting for their confirmation when I could have booked with another airline at the moment. Very dissatisfied resolution.

    WARNING. Total SCAM. Also known as Going.com. You are lured to their website to sign up for good travel deals from your destination city with cheap flight deals. For one month, I never seen one deal. Instead, I was bombared with emails to pay a subscription to get those deals, however, I have read numerous complaints, over billing and refusal to cancel automatic billing of customer credit cards. Going.com aka ******* Cheap Flights has also sold my email and I am receiving tons of spam email. Avoid this scam travel company at all cost. Do your research as there are MANY complaints with many websites online. !!!

    Never got a refund for my elite membership never got any deals sent to me so cancelled but no money
