"While the trip we had was good, the absolute lack of transparency on Kimkims part for pricing is appalling and marred the overall experience. When I asked our travel specialist for a breakdown after doing some legwork after we received our hotels and activities and seeing the actual cost was 30-45% at most of what we paid, I was told that they could not provide a breakdown, just a total cost." ...
