***** this company at all costs. I had two separate experiences that made it absolutely clear they were trying to scam us.The first time, they quoted $800 for a part that actually costs just $8. If my wife hadnt double-checked, we wouldve been completely ripped off. That kind of pricing is not a mistakeit's predatory.The second time was even worse. Our tankless water heater had a vibration issue. Instead of fixing it, they claimed it couldn't be repaired and pushed a full replacement. We trusted their assessment and let them do it. The new unit still had the exact same vibration issueplus, it delivered worse water flow. The root problem remained unsolved. It became obvious they recommended the replacement simply because it was more profitable for them, not because it was ************ make matters worse, they later claimed our home's water pressure was "through the roof" and quoted $500 to replace the pressure regulator. When I checked the pressure myselfon the same spigot they showed in a photoit was completely normal. When I confronted them, they scrambled and claimed they might have used a different outdoor spigot. Clearly, they were caught in a lie.This company is dishonest, manipulative, and driven purely by profitnot by helping customers. Do not trust them. Do not hire them.

I was in need of assistance in short order, due to a bad and leaking main water shut off valve in my townhome. The challenge was working around my HOA and gaining approval to shut off our complex's water so repairs could be completed. The gentleman in their office was amazing (****, I believe), getting me scheduled for a free estimate on a Sunday morning, and then booking a repeat visit at the same time on Monday morning, to complete the repairs (this was not without challenge). Their plumber, *****, arrived on time and he was cordial and knowledgeable, providing an estimate that I thought to be fair. Although it was a free estimate, ***** was able to stop the leak on a temporary basis, which lasted until he could complete the repairs. ***** returned right on time on Monday morning, and he was able to complete the work within the allotted time frame for our HOA's scheduled water shut off. ***** replaced and better positioned the bad shut off valve, did a professional job, and came in under the estimate he provided the day before. We have a 70 year old house in ******** and with it came 70 year old plumbing. When we incidentally found a leak in the sewer pipe in the crawlspace (while dealing with problems with an outdoor faucet) we called Planet Plumbing. They sent someone to assess the problem right away, making sure we were up and running before the proper repairs were made. ***** and **** came to the rescue and these guys knew what they were doing! It took a full day to make the repairs and we knew from the start what the estimated cost would be, even figuring in the "worst case scenario". These guys were efficient, personable and very neat. Worst case scenario did not happen and ***** and **** did a wonderful job! The cost was less than we expected to pay, given the amount of work required. Planet Plumbing is my preferred plumber, and this week I was once again reminded of this. After my kitchen faucet's sensor stopped working entirely, I was in desperate need of a replacement. **** from Planet Plumbing came to the rescue. I was referred to Planet Plumbing by a female friend (I am also female) who owns several properties. She told me I couldn't go wrong with Planet Plumbing. She was sooo right! My brother is a Master ******* in MA, so when something goes awry, I always check-in with him first, just to get the lingo down. **, the man who has fixed all the problems, is not only masterful at his craft but one of the most professional, kind, and informative plumbers I have had the privilege to hire. He explains the situation much as my brother does. He knew exactly what to do every time I had a problem (old house). When one of the projects threw a curve ball, he brought me into his thought process, and a decision was made. All problems have been solved promptly, professionally, and informatively. After calling several plumbers regarding my failed and leaking garbage disposal only to find they couldn't schedule me for three days, I called Planet Plumbing that scheduled me within two hours! The plumber, ***, arrived on schedule. He was polite, answered all my questions and completed the job to my satisfaction within one hour. If I had to choose one word for Planet Plumbing, it would be "integrity". ****, ******, and **** were professional, friendly and experienced. They came up with creative solutions when we hit unanticipated problems when digging up 30+ year old plumbing outside our house. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.Review fromJean H

I called Planet Plumbing in May about clearing a stopped up kitchen sink. **** was both friendly and competent and snaked the sink pipe down 25 feet. There was a warrantee for 30 days, so I did not hesitate to call again when a couple week later the sink wouldn't drain properly again. **** returned with a second plumber and snaked down 50 feet. This also cleared the problem until a last Saturday when the sink backed up during a dish washer cycle. At this point, it was decided that a camera was needed to see what the problem was. When **** came to do that job, I told him that from Saturday when I first noticed water backing up and slowly draining, that I had had no further problem. **** investigated the piping system design in the garage below my condo unit and after further study concluded that it would be counter-productive to scope the lines. He showed me how to keep my lines clean and said he would not charge me for the advice since he had not done the camera probe of the sewer line. I learned a lot and have full confidence in Planet Plumbing for their integrity, their professionalism, and their customer care. I am an enthusiastic and loyal Planet fan.
