    ZERO- *********** does not provide a high quality leather despite the additional cost and the material that appears to be embossed is not. The item has additional flaws. This dissatisfied customer was toyed with back and forth correspondence trying to negotiate when a full refund was requested. Theyd rather send a duplicate item rather than to refund a unsatisfied customer. When the matter escalated to disputing it with the financial institute then they offered a full refund dependent on the dispute being closed instead of resolving it thru the financial institute. I located several online complaints similar to my experience.

    I purchased a bag from the Sistabag company on their website that stated that the cost for a 100% leather purse was $99.90. However it was an inferior texture and not leather at all! It was a bait and switch AFTER I purchased it and they received the money. My issue is when I contacted the company, they claim that purse sent to me was " Top Grain Leather", so now I'm stuck with a 'Vegan hand Bag' and NOT the Top Grain Leather purse that I purchased. Not to mention, **************** is deplorable and no one will address the "Bait and Switch". Now the company, Sistabag, is stating that it's the manufacturer's fault. I paid the Seller, Sistabag, not the manufacturer! Please launch an investigation to return my purchase price plus shipping costs. Signed: Disappointed Consumer.
