    Rob ********************** makes big promises and talks a great game about how amazing his business is, but my experience was the opposite. On this project, he was extremely behind schedule, over budget, and mismanaged the job from start to finish.What should have been a one-week job turned into a drawn-out three-month ordeal due to poor planning and unfavorable site conditions. Despite these delays, we adjusted and discounted our invoice to reflect the unfinished work. Even with this accommodation, *** ***** hasnt paid us. He operates under a paid when paid contract, but his avoidance and lack of resolution feel dishonest and unprofessional.I strongly advise future contractors and clients to be cautious when dealing with Rob Luckett Builders. His inability to manage projects effectively or uphold financial commitments has been a major issue in our experience.

    Interesting that the gentleman leaving this review was not a client or a customer, but a sub-contractor. He came into the project at the very end and provided only labor. What makes a one man show cabinet installer qualified to evaluate the management of a nearly $9,000,000 multi-family build is a mystery. This is a case of "ABC" (Always Blame the Contractor) for a very complex set of circumstances that were set in motion by many players and a post Covid economy.
