    I do not recommend this business. After paying in full on May 2, 2022 for *************************** shades plus an installation fee, by June 3, I had not heard anything about the location of my shades. After texting the owner, *******************, he stated half the order was missing. June 6 contacted him again and he said the remainder would be in June 9 or 10. When asked which shades were in and which ones were missing, there was no response. By June 10 still no shades or communication from ************. June 15, my husband contacted ************ who again put off installation until June 15 or 16. I spoke with another *************************** dealer in my area who didnt know any dealer by the name of ******************* in our area. June 16 we contacted Customer Assistance at *************************** who said they would contact ************ to try and locate my shades. June 17 H.D. Customer Assistance called me to say she had located my shades in ************* where ************ had them shipped to another installer who wasnt available to install. June 20, ************ installed the shades but obviously didnt want to be bothered. He lied repeatedly and shouldnt be dealing with the public. I regret that I didnt get my shades from one of the other dealers in ******* who have good reputations. I indicate one star only because this form doesnt allow me to leave no stars.
