    **** ALERT!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE **** COMPANY! Read all of the negative reviews, don't fall for those fake "5-stars" reviews. There are tons of real estate fake scam companies from out of **** and *** Homebuyer is one of those companies. They are registered in *********************** and has only been in business for about 3 years and they are here to scam people for quick profits by underselling your houses. Just pay attention to the name "*** HOMEBUYER", when **** is the actual owner of this total scam company. Company name says everything. Work only with local and well-established **** based real estate companies if you want to get a fair **************** Homebuyer will underprice your house, for quick re-sale to maximize profit. These fake companies are just bunch of criminal thugs that are trying to find victims for their scam company. If your received flyer from this scam company give them a negative review until they go completely out of business!

    Tried to warn people on their FB ads, but they blocked me from doing so. They are wholesalers and harm money chasers, not cash buyers. Sounds like they did a "Subject To" on S G, who left a review before me, and that can thoroughly mess up your credit options. My ***** tried to sell to them, and they just wasted his time before slipping out of the contract. NOT a reputable operation.
