      I brought my vehicle here for transmission work. I paid $7,000 for them to just continuously fail to fix the issue. I have brought my vehicle back here 4 times now. They have reworked my transmission 4 times and have failed to fix the issue. I believe this business is scamming people and doing shotty things with peoples parts. They constantly missed deadlines and pushed my vehicle off to the side even though they had all the parts and resources available for a timely fix and return. All in all, theyve had my vehicle for an accumulated 4 months and the issue is still not fixed. Broken promises, lack of communication and terrible customer service all put together have made me lose complete trust in this Aamco location. Not to mention they damaged my vehicles body every single time it was in their possession. I now have to prepare for a lawsuit and take it to a different Aamco location so they can honor the rework these guys have failed to do.

      This business has had my vehicle for going on 7 weeks this week. They have been terrible about providing me with the status of my vehicle, in fact they had my car for two weeks before they even filed a claim with the warranty company. I called and they said that they were waiting on the warranty company to view the claim. After contacting Silver Rock, they never had filed a claim. AAMCO has stated on numerous occasions that they are actively working on photos, waiting on a motor, calling Silver rock with no resolution in sight. Ive asked for status updates and Ive received two text messages in 7 weeks total! Ive been told photos had been taken and sent to the warranty company, when in fact Silver rock confirmed that they are still waiting on receiving the photos. They even sent me a text that said that they were calling the warranty company tomorrow on a Friday and they are closed on weekends. The last text I received said that they got approval and my motor would be in on Thursday and Friday they are still waiting on the motor. Last Friday I was put on hold for 25 minutes and then hung up on. But to my surprise they called back to tell me they dont have the motor and they dont know when they will get it. I called Silver Rock today and was told that AAMCO was supposed to order the motor and they should have tracking and updated information on the delivery status. When I called AAMCO today, 4 times mind you, no one answered the phone or bothered to return my call as I left a voicemail. I have exhausted all of resources as Ive paid out over $1100 dollars in rental car fees. Ive been having to Uber as I do not have the money to continue to rent a car. 7 weeks without a car or communications is ridiculous! I have 4 kids that start school at different times not to mention I have to go to work every day. My husband had a attack and I couldnt go to the hospital to see him. There is no urgency or care for their customers. Terrible business, absolutely terrible!
