    The owner ************ is a ***** and a ********. He requested, ********************** to perform more than $34K in work at several different properties since Aug and Sept, 2022, for which he has yet to issue any kind of payment for. The last two checks he issued were returned by the bank as NSFs. He keeps giving us the run around and avoiding to pay, claiming he does not receive the invoices and stating the owners of the properties have not paid him, therefore he cannot pay us, which is a lie. We have been sending the invoices directly to his email ****** at 4thdc.com and we have reached out to the property owners and they have stated they can show proof of payment issued to **** and 4th Dimension Concepts. His latest trick is having his "partner" ***************************** contact us as an "intermediary" to "resolve" these claims. Per my phone conversation with her last week she stated that she would be issuing some type of payment today and it is now 9pm and we have not received any satisfactory resolution to this matter. Her email states that ************ is out of the country and therefore will discuss and resolve these invoices upon his return. At this point we are being forced to file liens on all the properties. Something we did not wish to do as the owners of the properties are just bystanders but because of ****'s continued intention to ignore this grave situation we are left with no choice. CONSUMERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS BEWARE: if you do a name search under ******************* in the ******** Secretary of State, he is the owner of 2 business: This one, 4th Dimension Concepts, and Innovative Livingspaces. The correspondence received by ***************************** states she's the office manager for Innovative Livingspaces. BEWARE AND BECAREFUL when dealing with his two companies.
