    I had water pooling in my basement, needed a pipe replaced. Called Big Dog and they sent out ************ immediately (they got here SO fast that I was almost embarrassed because I didn't have much time to go over the house and tidy up, yikes!) but still glad they were able to get out here **** and just get it handled. They were able to identify the problem real fast, got what they needed to fix it and were pretty much in and out. They even corrected the shoddy work of the original builders on the outside spigot so that there's little chance of a repeat issue. The water hose now has MUCH better pressure and finally no more leaky hassle! The pricing was very reasonable and the service/parts are also covered under warranty which is always a nice reassurance. All in all very efficient and professional service, I'm very happy and will use and recommend Big Dog for plumbing needs in the future.

    We needed a main **** replacement due to broken clay **** in our old house, called Big Dog and am glad we did. Fast and efficient service at a fair price, and kept their word on all they told us. Recommended to us by a friend and recommended to you as a happy customer.
