    Their product does not work and you are locked into paying a close out fee for the "discount" you got at the beginning, over 300 dollars. I was under the assumption you paid per quarter and that a discount, is actually a discount. It's probably because they don't want people to leave. We've had them come out to respray repeatedly with no results. In fact I had sprayed with stuff from the hardware store with better results than this company. We've had to knock down 3 wasp nests less than a month after the previous treatment. We called and asked to quit and we would have to pay out or we can have them spray again instead. If they can't perform what they say they will in their contract, why am I responsible? Please do not waste your time and money with these people or you'll be stuck like us. They seem professional and nice, but it's a scam.

    Stay away and please read more into their reviews other platforms. I wish I did more research on this company before employing them. Their tech showed up at our home without the right tools to complete the job. The service was for a wasp nest removal and treatment. We now have 2 wasp nest in the same area that was supposedly treated to prevent the wasps from coming back. When we called to make a complaint, were rudely dealt with on the phone by their customer service rep ******* who falsely claimed she was the manager when we asked to speak with a manager. Do not be fooled by their politeness when they are trying to get your business or their 5 star reviews. They want me to pay another $349 for their tech to show up and "treat" the area for the issue to be back in less than 1.5.
