    WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING SERVICE!! They lie to you saying you will not be charged until delivery of your goods. They will charge you the day they load your goods. They don't give a **** about you. They don't give a **** about your personal effects. They don't give a **** about your household goods. It took them a full month. One. Full. Month to deliver our goods. The trailer had broken landing gear but here is another thing you need to watch out for: United *** Lines does not own the trailer although their name is on it. Mesa ********************************************* does not own the trailer although their name is on it also. A third party actually owns the trailer so it is easy to point fingers to the other organizations and blame them for not repairing the trailer and getting your life back to you. This is why they don't give a **** about you. Your whole life is loaded onto their equipment and they did not lift a finger to find a solution to getting it repaired and on the road. Their idea of customer service is to merely email someone and let it go at that. We lived for a month with only a week's worth of clothes. We ate from paper plates and plastic utensils for a month. We were starting new jobs so we had to buy new clothes because Mesa refused to do anything to get the trailer repaired. Do you think they reimbursed us for these expenses? Of course they didn't. They did reimburse us the amount that they overcharged us but shorted us $422 for "third party charges", whatever that is. I do not wish this horror story upon anyone and Mesa refused to do anything to make things right other than what they were contractually obligated to do. Again, don't take a chance with this company. Use a competitor and hopefully you will have a better experience than we did. I consider hiring Mesa ********************************************* as one of the biggest mistakes of my life.

    Mesa is truly sorry this situation occurred a variety of factors and key companies failed to work efficiently together to provide you with correct updates and information throughout the move process. Mesa escalated these issues to United *** Lines our carrier and ultimately did resolve this situation regarding the trailer and transporting your household items to destination. Following the contractual guidelines of your Order for Service, you received a $1,500 delay claim from United/Mesa Moving. Again, we apologize that these unfortunate circumstances occurred during your relocation, and wish you the best of luck in your new surroundings.
