    We have been trying to schedule with them for our dogs for over 6 weeks. We initially had an appointment on 16 December, but the morning of 28 minutes prior to the scheduled time, we were informed that she was "so very sorry [she] was up sick all night last night and don't want to risk getting anyone else sick. Would [I] be available another day instead?" It took multiple attempts initiated by us to reschedule for 26 December. At 0650 that morning she messaged "Good morning, I am so very sorry again, but we have a sick house again. Is there any chance we would be able to do another day?" We agreed to reschedule for a 3rd time on January 4th. She never responded and required us to reach out again *** ask for another date. She finally agreed to 12 January at 9am and even confirmed via text. Unfortunately, she not only did nor show up this morning, again, but has failed to communicate at all. We have tried to get ahold if her at 3 different times today, but have had zero response.
