      I had an injection at the *********, ********* on October 2024. That went well.This review is for trying to contact their *************** It shouldn't be this hard to get a hold of someone in their billing department!I tried to contact the on-shore radiology billing office since December 2024. I have called over a dozen times. Every time I tried to contact their billing office, their phone system sends you to an off-shore customer service department, they said they could not send me a detailed statement. The bill I kept getting did not show any of the payments I made.I asked for an on-shore billing department for the radiology department, the first several agents just hung up on **** finally called the location where I had the injections, they could not give me a number for the on-shore radiology billing department, only that they were in on the East coast, but would put in a ticket and someone from that department would call me back.I have never received a call back from a ticket being submitted. Every few weeks I would try again. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a hold of someone in the billing department that has the ability to send me a detailed statement, showing the payments I have made.Every time I called any of their numbers trying to reach the billing department, I would get a late bill notification in email & in the mail, but never a call.I have gone to Touchstone years before for Imaging and never had an experience like this.I sent two letters with the copies of the payments and what my Insurance said I owed. That amount was already paid, asking for someone to contact me.After my last letter I received another statement from the insurance in February showing another charge from October. (I changed ins companies in Jan 2025) that conveniently added up to the past due fee they have been sending me. We all have options when getting ************************************ I will not go to Touchstone again.

      Best medical experience I've ever had. Staff was very kind. Tests were done at the time scheduled.
