Below is a non exhaustive list of my complaints with CPMG as a board member -On multiple occasions CPMG failed to pay our bills -CPMG refused to manage an insurance claim, saying that the insurance agent told them they could not be involved. This, however, is entirely false. I talked to the insurance representative and they told me that CPMG could certainly be involved. Furthermore, our new management company had no issues whatsoever with being involved in the process.-CPMG refused to send out violations and fines in order to enforce the community's bylaws. Our new community managers have sent out violations promptly and everything has been corrected right away, for the first time in a year.-CPMG was not aware of our insurance being non renewed until approximately a week before it occurred and only found replacement insurance 43 minutes before the old insurance expired.-CPMG did not have the capability of handling emergency situations with the owners.-CPMG did not have the capability of handling regular owner calls and complaints.-CPMG was incredibly inflexible at scheduling the board meetings resulting in the resignation of a board member who could never make the meetings. Furthermore CPMG also refused to have in person meetings which was specifically requested by many of our older owners who had difficulty with the virtual meetings.-CPMG refused to do regular walkthroughs and inspections of the property, only doing two over the course of a year.-Board members and owners repeatedly expressed the need to have the gutters cleaned throughout CPMG's entire tenure managing the property. This never occurred despite CPMG managing the property for nearly a year. Many of the gutters were completely clogged and water was just cascading down the sides of the buildings. In addition, Colorado received an unusually large amount of rain that year and we may have had damage to the foundations of our buildings because of CPMG's inability to perform basic annual maintenance.

Worst HOA management ******* ever! No communication to community unless it's rude or not the truth. Records ******* loses everything and accounting is missing money from our account.
