    This company is a joke and their customer service department (which I do not think even actually exists - its just AI) is the worst Ive ever dealt with in my life. Per their website, return transit time is 7 business days. I reached out after 12 days and was told ***** return transit time could be up to 3 weeks and that ***** doesnt provide tracking????? They refuse to issue a refund despite there being no updates other than ***** receiving the return. Oh - and it takes up to another FIFTEEN business days to process the refund once (if) the return is received in their warehouse. I received generic customer service emails and no resolution. One email actually told me they shared my excellent experience with management so that they could continue to exceed my expectations. I repeatedly stated my concerns were not addressed and that I would continue to reach out until my refund was issued. I am continuing to follow up.
