  Installation of our windows was great, clean, on time, had one window out of the box was broken and they quickly ordered a new one and installed a few weeks later. Had an issue with the screens and after review and discussion the screens were installed and corrected soon after.

  ********* has always been a steadfast and low pressure company. And most importantly sells the best products around. I have used them for our last 2 homes and will continue to go back.   ******* Trecia, **** and the other hard working individuals made the experience of having our bath renovated absolutely fantastic. I understand working with an HOA is awful and I saw none of that stress, it just worked. The services provided came out great and definitely increased my property value as well.   I purchased a front door and a storm door from K&H . Had 2 salesmen make initial measurements followed by a third ****** to make detailed measurements. The storm door had to be custom made. When it finally came arrived the storm door was a standard size door. Finally after another 3 weeks the storm door arrived for installation. After the installer arrived and come to find out they forgot an additional piece was missing. After listening to the installer complain about how they never tell him anything, I had to wait another three weeks for the installation. Then after scheduling the install well in advance they called the day of the install, and the installer said after he checked his schedule he would not make it until several hours after after the scheduled time.

  My grandmother ordered a door through ****** **** it came, they drilled the holes for the door k*** 5 lower than her previous door, despite her request that they put it in the same location. **** she asked them to fix this problem, they said that 32 high is the industry standard. It is clear from a quick online search of reputable sources that the standard is between 34 and 40. **** she placed a ****** review to let others know that ***** was not custom door as they claim and did not give a good product or good customer service for the money, ***** called her and told her to remove it immediately. She felt quite threatened with an unspoken lawsuit and asked me to post this on the Better Business Bureau, so that others could know that this company refuses to work with customers and then forces them to remove anything that might let others know what is going on in a country that supports freedom of speech.
