  WARNING: ****** ******* with MC2 Sunrooms & Additions, LLC has STOLEN over $10000 from ******* licensed childcare business. The $10000 was awarded to me by the government as a grant to cover an enclosure of an overhanging deck to add an outdoor room for the children during inclement weather with memory vinyl windows; pay for manufacturing of the materials through to *********************** of them. By accepting this money I agreed to the terms of the grant * was obligated to complete the project as outlined in my application regardless of this theft. When I realized after 16 months with ************** breach of EVERY agreement, that ****** had no intention of fulfilling his obligation to my childcare by providing the work or materials he promised that I already paid for, I fired him. I gave him time to pay back this money. He should have had it set aside specifically for my project * even though he agreed he would pay the full sum by December 31, 2024, he did not pay $0.01 I am SUING him for THEFT. I am also suing him for INCOMPETENT WORK that was provided at minimum cost to him * used solely as a manipulation strategy to keep me thinking he had good intentions for fulfilling the enclosure **************** he promised when all he was doing is prolonging the use of my money without any intent of following through at all, * breach of contract since he did not fulfill the work that ****** both agreed to have done to fulfill my own contract with the government. I had to hire another company to fulfill this contract * with the incompetent work ****** deliberately provided, the completion of the project cost three times as much. I am asking for treble damages * asking the court to consider a criminal investigation for violating Colorado's Construction Trust Statue, C.R.S. *********.I am hoping for large penalties to help stop this individual / company from stealing * providing incompetent services to others * try to recoup some of my own loss

  ****** and ******* ******* are scamming pieces of c*** Do not hire them if you want your project completed! They scammed us out of our money and we are currently taking them to court for our refund since the date we agreed on Per the cancelation contract has passed. They made several promises and failed to keep any of them They took our money and failed to start the kitchen remodel we hired them for. There was excuse after excuse and when requested a refund there was no communication. They are thieves and will steal your money!
