"They were hired to do the Reconstruction on my house after a fire it has been 17 months and they are still not done and now they are refusing to work because I cannot guarantee payment from my mortgage company. The insurance company will no longer pay for our temporary living arrangements so my 80 year old mother and I have to move back into a house that has no roof no ceiling no carpeting and is extremely dirty from the contractors." ...
