    ********************* did my personal taxes as well as business accounting and taxes. ***** severely breached her fiduciary responsibility to my husband and I by making extreme careless errors on our personal and business tax returns. The *** is involved now and ***** refuses to admit she made a mistake even though she is the one that did the taxes and has her name all over it. We ended up having to hire a tax attorney that is now cleaning up HER mess. She wasnt concerned or apologetic in any form or fashion that she had made such a large mistake on our return. The *** issue has been ongoing now for 4 years all while ***** is still doing other peoples accounting and taxes which is terrifying. Im not the only person that has had these issues with her and I 100% feel her practice should be shut down indefinitely due to the extreme lack of professionalism and inaccuracies. Her sole job is to abide by her fiduciary responsibilities which were not only breached but not taken seriously at all. Im honestly concerned shes still in business and able to work on such sensitive material. I will also mention we gave her the opportunity to fix her error before consulting a tax attorney. She sent incorrect documentation to the wrong department at the *** and washed her hands of it all, leaving us no choice but to seek outside representation. I believe an audit or investigation of her business needs to be done immediately to ensure she doesnt continue to be so reckless with peoples taxes/accounting all while taking zero responsibility.
