      I have changed my dental insurance back in Jan 2023. I take full responsibility of not reading my several page contract and not remembering every. How many times people get ortho treatment in their life? As a patient I rely on their expert. I felt like they treat you like a transaction, they are super nice when they are making their sales but wont care after that.I noticed several things for my and kids treatment. 1. He could not complete all what we planned for because couple of his teeth fell and according to them, that was his phase one.2. During my treatment my gum shifted drastically (because I have tight skin) I had to get some periodontic treatment. According to other experts it could have been prevented, if they see tight gum attachment. I could have gotten snipped before my treatment. I told this issue to the doctor and his assistant, and they basically wanted me to wait until all my treatment completed which means I was still exposing my tooth root. My dentist said it can be infected and recommended I see a specialist. That was extra $1000. 3. My last straw with this business was when I got a bill of $1394 in Jan 4, **** because my new insurance (that I changed 1/1/23) doesnt cover ortho work. I talked to their billing department. She said she has many clients and cant be looking at everyones insurance all the time. She should not be talking to me because it was my responsibility to notify them. I take full responsibility of notifying them, however, how come she never noticed this last one year. She said she got about $600 from my old insurance ( It took her one year to notice my insurance change). Wow!!! She s They had a glowing reviews and I was so excited to start my and kids treatment.They have 4 different locations with same doctor and associates. I have been to ****** and ********. Be careful when you sign up with them. I would not recommend this business to anyone!
