I think the owner of this company needs to be behind bars. He steals money and affects peoples lives without regard. He contracted for a 6 week project - 1 year later we have (instead of a newly remodeled deck), a plot of mud and our old deck demolished, (instead of a remodeled basement) a damaged basement and its lighting, plumbing, and flooring in shambles, and $56,000 gone. ******************************* is a fraud.

Thai is entirely not true.   We were paid on a pay as you go basis for services rendered.  Her father in law was paying the bills for his son and her (new wife) and repeatedly told us to be careful with her and when his money loan to her ran out she has been unable to pay the permit fee required by the contract so work has stopped also per the contract.

This company is more or less a sham. The owner *********** *********************** has repeatedly requested money from us to do work and has not done any of the work he has been contracted to do. Its been 2 years and our basement is still studs even though hes collected 80% of the money for the project. He keeps changing his company name and website to hide from his wrong doings. DO NOT use this company. I am happy to provide paper trails, evidence and many other proof as needed. Please stop letting this scammer get away with stealing from customers.

First off, the current name of the business is 'Sustainable Home Improvements ***** BBB needs to fix this and reflect what is showing up on the Colorado Secretary of State website.I have had a very bad experience with this contractor. I signed a contract with this company in Oct'2023 to finish my basement and it has still not gotten to be inspected. Per contract, it was meant to have been completed by Dec 2022, i.e. 2 months. Here is a list of problems I had with this company:(1). Permit was filed 4 months after signing contract. They lied that they were working on a project in the city as the time of signing a contract. I had to contact the city to find out.(2). An allowance of $4300 for wet-bar was taken upfront, but when it came time to actually deliver, they said they were out of funds. I had them sign a promissory note so I could pay the expenses to progress. Promissory note is now in default.(3). Multiple calls to contractor to move from one stage to another, sometimes delays of several months. If I didn't ask for an update, none would be given and nothing would get done! (4). Bad estimation and necessity to get my project caused them to underquote. All along the project, I was constantly being reminded and sometimes blamed for asking for such a low project cost. What an unprofessional business! No one asked them to sign the contract if it was a low cost. But once contract was signed, you better deliver!(5). When the company could not pay a sub-contractor for completing the electrical work, the sub-contractor threatened to place a lien on my home. Luckily they paid the sub-contractor on time and the issue was averted. But that really scared **** made all payments on time, and I feel I was taken advantage of. This has caused me immense grief, frustration, peace of mind and loss of use of space. I have a small claims case against the company for failing to pay me the promissory note which they signed, to cover the expenses for the wet-bar.

Very quality work, and done well within the time-framers i expected. Most everyone complains about solar taking so long, but that is just the reality we live in these days. Things take some time to get done with shipping delays and more. I have had quality work done with these folks and they're honest as well as legitimate. Hard to say that about most other solar contractors.
