      Ive been a member shy of a year and have to say that Climb Credit Union has the worst customer service ever! The Assistant Manager; ******* just loves to argue instead of find a solution. The online representative ******* who takes no accountability for her actions, says shes only a messenger. These people do nothing but lie to members and are extremely dishonest. They owe me money for over 60 days now but refuse to pay me yet tell me that I better pay my payment on the due date! Worst credit union ever!!

      I've been a member of this branch for a number of years. It's close to my home and the staff is great. The ** ***** is a special lady. She works hard and sends me emails or texts to confirm the requests I've made have been taken care of. I currently have 5 accounts here.

      11/8/2022 My name is *******. I went into the **************** branch today around 11am to transfer cash to my Husband's member account and there were two bank tellers and the one who was helpful that assisted me name started with a J but the other female teller was very passive aggressive, rude, and dishonest. I asked her about transferring cash on the app and she claim every since ***** the app haven't been working so I asked her could I transfer money internally and she said lied and said I couldn't because of Fraud and that was very misleading because the helpful teller came over and said, "Yes we can transfer money internally". The helpful teller proceeded to help me with my request and the female teller never apologized for lying and misleading me to believe the bank couldn't transfer money for me. I'm a new member of this bank and my experience was very distasteful so I'm closing my account next month and finding my family another bank. Also, this bank lied to my husband about mailing him a courtesy pay form which they never did and then they called him and said it's their discretion who they decided to give courtesy pay to, so again very misleading. I do Not recommend No one to become a member at this bank.Respectfully Yours;The Bully Family
