    I am considering buying the product but when I see reviews with concerns about automated charges without authorization I then have to rethink whether I want this product I hate this business tactic it reeks of sleazy business tactics I want the option to truly try a product and if I wish to continue then I can proceed Can you promise not to automatically renew my order?

Our website provides you with an option to create a recurring order for a lower price, or not.  We would never want you to feel any mistrust by our company in any way and always want our consumers to feel the benefits of our products.     I ordered four jars of Multi GI 5, I used all of the product with on change in my health. There 90 day guarantee states if not satisfied you will get a full refund. This is a lie I called and was informed that in order to get a full refund you have to send the empty containers back. I didn’t have but one container so if I sent it back I would get full refund for that one but would only get 40%back on the other three. So instead of going through the hassle of sending it back I just took the 40% refund. So the moral of the story is don’t believe anything that a company says about a full refund. I am living on Social Security only and have some issue with my gut the doctor can’t find anything wrong so I thought this might help.Boy was I wrong I should’ve known better but I was desperate.Now I have lost 99 dollars and 95 cents and no results. I am very disappointed in the results but did learn one thing don’t believe anything you hear about a satisfaction guarantee or FULL REFUND!!! Roger

    The same thing happened to me I tried to get a refund and could not get one. I asked them to email me a label to return the product that I did not need. But they never emailed me back. The product tasted off of and the capsules gave me heartburn. Still in the process of trying to get my money back. I think Randy Jackson looked better with the weight on should be honest.

    I ordered a 90 day supply to give it a fair chance. I have used it for 30 days and have not seen any change in my ********** or weight. It does not dissolve well in water. Does have good flavor. I was surprised when I saw another order being processed through your company on my online banking. I sent a message to cancel my subscription since I didn't need more since I am still on my first 90 days. So now I will have 5 more months worth and approximately ****** new charge on my credit card. Why would you auto charge and ship after 1 month when a 3 month supply was ordered? Not happy and extremely irritated with this situation.

    I was on hold 45 minutes. I want a refund. I cannot stand the taste and it made me feel nauseated. I am frustrated as I ordered 4 jars! They don't answer the phone!

    The jury is still out. I ordered a 90 day supply to give it a fair chance. I have used it for 30 days and have not seen any change in my GI, energy or weight. It definitely does have a pepper smell and taste. It also does not dissolve well in water or tea. I will try warm water for the next 30 days. I'm thinking boiling water may change it's health benefits. I was surprised when I got an email saying my next order was being processed when I did not order another 3 months worth when it was only 1 month since I received my initial order. I emailed a message to do not process the order with no response back. I then called the 800 number and I was told it is already in process and can not be stopped. So now I will have 5 more months worth and probably a $150 new charge on my credit card. How about you don't send more until we say to ? Why would you auto charge and ship after 1 month when a 3 month supply was ordered? Not too happy.

An alternative way to mix the drink would be adding it to a smoothie or mixing it with milk of your choosing. I understand it may be frustrating when starting something new that has a new flavor, and it may not be appetizing to everyone. We apologize for any confusion with your subscription and had a new order sent out so soon. Nonetheless, I have issued a full refund of your orders for any inconvenience caused.     I ordered 2 jars. One is ROCK hard, only used a few times. Other new jar that I opened yesterday, has a very very strong spicy taste, like a very strong PEPPER. Same taste as yesterday! WOW, in drinkable! Will have to throw away this jar too I guess. And I am past the 60 day refund time period.
    So did not work for me, because I could not get passed *** heat of spice in product.

    Well, words are nice, But no money behind it!?? Never received any REFUND from them and looks as if this is their MO, behind these reviews, by stating they refunded customers and customers saying they NEVER got the money!?

    I was reading the reviewsBEFORE I ordered and I must say I give unify health labs kudos for reach out to all the positive and negative responses though it helps when your dealing with BBB. With that being said for those who have said it didn't work, as I tell my skin care customers, your skin/body did not get like that over night. You have xx years of build up. You HAVE to give it time and most important CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY!! You can't use it one time or intermittently and expect something to work. Give it another chance with persistence, purpose, and patience. Granted it may not be for everyone, maybe there is nothing wrong with your gut but other issues that may be making you feel the way you feel. You just can't depend on this alone it goes along with amending your diet and the foods you eat. I mean too much salt and processed/box food can cause weight gain or water retention. Use your noodle pretty people!
