    This has been the worst customer service experience ever and I have worked in customer service for 20+ years. I ordered a back up camera that did not work with my vehicle despite being told that it would. I had to reach out to them 30+ times in an effort to troubleshoot, and they reluctantly allowed for me to return the item and promised me a refund. I have tracking that shows that the return was delivered to them more than two months ago and they have completely ghosted me. They will not get back to me. I emailed 20+ times Ive called Ive messaged and its like theyve blocked me completely. How can I company like this business?
