After the shipment has been delivered, the customer has two weeks to make a return for store credit. After two weeks, returns will not be accepted. The Doe & Fawn Bath Co. does not refund items that have been damaged while in the buyer's possession. If a product is returned, the refund of the product price or shipping of the exchange item will take place when the returned item(s) has been received back in the store. Every return is photo and video documented to discourage dishonest disputes. The buyer will pay for the return shipping. Sales tax and shipping are not refunded.
