    Very early on after enrolling in one of his programs, I realized that it was oversold by Tai, and I fell for it. Its not as streamlined and automated as I was led to believe at first. Im not pointing fingershe sold it well, good for himbut within a couple of days of going through the videos and watching the content, I realized this wasn't for **** decided to use the refund policy they have in place and was shocked to discover how poor the customer service is, despite the caliber of the brand and the significant amount of money invested in it all. Yet I can NEVER get a person on the support line to pick up. Ive emailed the support email several times and have used the chat box in the *** ***** app, all to no avail. I have yet to receive a response from anyone through any of these avenues.This has completely changed my perspective on the *** ***** brand. The reason I decided to take a leap of faith was because it was backed by a money-back guarantee, but now I feel like the rug has been swept from underneath my feet. Unfortunately, I would never consider touching another one of Tai Lopezs courses or programs with a ten-foot pole.If there are any moderators, staff, or support members reading this, please help me escalate this issue. I don't want to blow this out of proportion, but when I feel like Im being taken for a ride, I will use all my resources to ensure this doesnt happen to others.

    Very poor communication with this company. I have requested assistance for over two months and was promised help but never received it. The program I paid for they dissolved without even informing me even though I PAID for it. I expect better from the company

    I purchased a program for about ****** and logged in to training modules. The first thing they wanted me to do is to wait for a call and talk to a consultant, which I assumed was related to my purchase. It turns out it was an upsell of a completely different program. At this point, I did not realize that. The upsell was ******* and I told them no way I could afford that so he arranged 2 payments and I was sucked in. After I made the purchase I received many emails from both programs and that is when I realized they were not connected. It became overwhelming at that point so I requested a refund and they told me to expect a call within 3-5 days ( which I assume is the time it takes for payment to clear ). Still have not received a phone call after 5 days, plus I work during the day so I am not available to answer my phone during the day. I decided to do some research and it did not take very long to find out this is a scam good luck getting my money back! I originally just requested the upsell money back and would keep the original purchase and give it a try, but now I would like a refund on both purchases.
