    I would give a zero stars if possible its very easy to scam I feel that they take advantage of people. I feel use and theres was No activity on the app it was a horrible and non working app thats the reason I never use it and pooommm they hit my account and deduct $19.99 and they send me an email to show me how sorry they were for stilling my money very upset and hopeless.

    I have asked for a cancellation over and over and keep getting charged $19.99per month. I have never downloaded the app. Never used this. I want to be credited and keep being ignored. I am livid!!!!

    I canceled my subscription weeks before the cutoff date to automatically review. And yet, I was charged again 2 months after canceling and they refuse to refund my money. They keep giving me an automated response instead of a real person

    Does not deserve a star but I have to so I can submit my review. This is a scam. I paid ***** to subscribe and get an app but the app does not work. I tried emailing but I only got robotic responses. No actual person you can talk to. Not only that, my one time payment is now showing that it is a monthly recurring payment, which I never intended it to be. ******** should stop letting them post their fake company. This company should be sued to stop their illegal practice.

We understand that circumstances change, which is why we've made it easy to cancel your subscription within the app. Just go to your Profile, click Advanced, then select Manage Subscription. Please keep in mind that we require at least one day's notice before the renewal date to cancel your subscription and avoid being charged.Please be informed that the auto-renewal of your subscription has been successfully canceled, so you won't have to worry about future charges.     Signed up for a 1 month fee for $4.99 and was charged $19.99 as a reoccurring subscription and since it was bought directly through the website it didn't show up in my apps subscriptions therefore i was unaware on the monthly charges.. there was no email to confirm the monthly charge or that it was going up to $19.99... the only reason i found out was ** of my PayPal account. .. I emailed them to let them know to cancel my subscription and they did but would not refund the 3 months i was charged with no activity in the app.. I would have understood if I was using the app but i never did and they are not willing to refund. I would NOT recommend this app or any apps they are creators of due to poor customer service..

    This company charged my account with unauthorized payments. They refuse to give me a full refund. I have not asked for this, and I have never used it. I asked them if I could speak to a live person, and they never even answered. There is no phone number to call anyone, and they just want emails only (which doesn't do any good). I asked them to check and see how many times I had logged into this program, they did not respond.

    They charged a free trial up front and then charged my account after I cancelled the trial. They refuse to return the unauthorized payment to me suggesting it was my fault however, they never sent advanced notification of the trial period ending and I have a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation

    Organic Apps will not refund my $52.51 I promptly responded to the charge and cancelled the account requesting the refund of my $52.51.Organic Apps Said NO!!This is not acceptable!!

    Yesterday I noticed a charge for this app on my PayPal account. Then looked for any other charges. I was charged in March $25.99 which I did not catch and charged in June $55.03 which I received an alert from PayPal. I immediately tried to contact this company which said Organicapps unfortunately they do not have a number you can call so I had to try their email. I got a response basically saying they can cancel the subscription but will not refund me. I have until September to enjoy whatever it is that they offer. Not sure why I am being forced to use whatever it is they offer when I did not purchase. HOPE NO ONE ELSE EXPERIENCES THIS!! They know I did not ever use their product but still refuse to refund me. Im so upset. Just feel totally ripped off!!!!!!
