"To our surprise this morning our new car was bought late last night after our leasing office had closed and we couldn't obtain a parking permit but it was parked in our covered marked parking spot was gone, after our complex management called and explained the situation and how this was a wrongful tow the owner of the business declined to release our car until we pay. Upon arriving at the tow company we found that it wasn't open to the public on weekends(something our property management did not know) but needed to call, also there is also an extra $91 fee because of this "inconvenience" of releasing our wrongfully towed car." ... "All the reviews about what they said about these people, are true these people are thieves, I left my car in the apartments I live at, and I almost got my parking permit and they still came and almost charge us 400$ even thought we came very early at 8:30 am they still charge ** a lot and looks like theyre hiding from the window you go upfront are theyre scared of what?" ...
