      Purchased a lot of creatures from here, after a while I noticed the prices in store became higher than online, contacted customer service and was told they will always price match. Well, Seems Oceanside manager has an issue with price match on website and sadly *** decided to never shop there again for the continued issues Ive had there.1. The Tarantula I was looking to buy Ive watched for two weeks and noticed it was THE only one available. In store price was still over the website price (again the only one). Manager said it was not same spider and the price difference was for female which he says was confirmed female. However, it was a 2.5 it is not possible to *** a tarantula of this size. He says its not guaranteed but confirmed, how does that work exactly? Anyways, says the one Im looking for was a different tarantula at the warehouse and smalller, but of course this isnt true as there is only 1, and its the same size.2. The mishandling of the pets.. on two occasions I witnessed an employee show a tarantula AND a crested gecko to customers and I watched it jump right out of his hands landing in the hard cement (could easily kill a tarantula) one of which was an adult tarantula which climbed under cabinets and was lost.3. Over the last few months Ive spent nearly $1500 in animals and supplies yet not a single point was saved to my account, when I explained this, I was told sorry, its a brand new system only a year old. Im guessing the last few months part didnt register.Aside from this, the stock is never what they say and they tell me they update daily.Im not sure what theyre doing There with lying to customers but I know for a fact you cant confirm a *** on a 2.5 or even 3.5 T as they dont even reach maturity at that size. Nether I nor people I know in the hobby will no longer be doing business there.

      Ive been in the reptile industry for over 20 years both as a seller and a buyer .These guys are top notch and couldnt have done a better job myself . Package was shipped on time , packed very well , insulated box , and not 1, but 2 heat packs . Turtles are perfect and healthy . Cant wait to put on another order honestly
