- After the service or product is provided, the customer has 30 days to submit a request for changes or modifications. These changes or modifications must be within the scope of the project and should not completely alter the initially agreed project.
- Requests for changes or modifications beyond the 30-day period or outside the scope of the project may incur additional charges or may not be feasible, depending on the nature of the request.
- To request changes or modifications, please contact our customer support team with detailed information about the desired adjustments and how they align with the initial project agreement.
- We will review the request promptly and work with you to implement the changes or modifications within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Eligibility for Changes or Modifications:
- To be eligible for changes or modifications, you must provide proof of purchase or a transaction ID.
- Changes or modifications are only applicable to purchases made directly through our website or authorized sales channels. Purchases made through third-party vendors or resellers are subject to their respective policies.
4. Exceptions:
