General Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. While we understand that returns are sometimes necessary, we hope to encourage our customers to plan their purchases carefully, which will help them avoid having to go through the hassle of a return.
If the product has not been used or installed, is in its original packaging, and is in a condition that allows resale, it may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order for a refund, less a ten percent (10%) restocking fee AND the actual initial shipping cost (not the flat rate). The product cannot have been installed or modified in any way. The product must be enclosed in the original box with sufficient packaging material to have protected both the product and product packaging so that they are in resalable condition, and have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), issued by The Exit Light Co., Inc. The Exit Light Company, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any product returned without a properly authorized RMA. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days via original payment method.
