    I ordered a warming tray that rolls up and doesn't not need to be plugged in. The add stated one could take it anywhere. After one month I filed a dispute of no delivery with my ***** One week later I received a very small warmer, needs to be plugged in and definitely not I ordered.Trying to get a phone number so I can get a return authorization and send it back. There was not a packing slip and any contact information.Can anyone help me get my money back. ( credit on my VISA)Thanks ***********************************, **,

    I ordered a "Vortex Car Vacuum" through an ad on Instagram, and absolutely regret it. It arrived without a charger, and it's the cheapest piece of junk. I've tried contacting this company, however, I don't believe it actually exists. The shipping label shows this address.

    i ordered the EMSfoot massager and when i recieved the nuoor foot massager didnt work and tried several time to comtact the business and no results from them dont remember the price i paid but would like a replacement for the massager or a check for the item

    A big fat rip off stupid colored pieces of plastic shaped like bodies of birds with heads and feet drawn on thin cardboard with a hand drawn tree.what a scam.#1 waited weeks from purchase to receiving plus nothing nothing like picture shown on advertisement DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this horrible ridiculously over charging company. I hope to get a refund but that will be a miracle

    This seems to be a brushing scam. I received a package I didn't order with no return company name. If this happens to you, too, it's recommended that you change your passwords and monitor your accounts.

    I would not give this even a 1 star. ************ says that returns are allowed for no reason; however, the items must be shipped back to ***** at an average cost of $50-$80, and cannot be returned to the ****** CA address. I insisted on returning them to the CA address, and have a **** proof of receipt. ******** does not want to refund my money, so I am doing a chargeback. The quality of the items was terrible.
