PCS also known as people creating success has been a well up running company. they provide services to adults with disabilities weather its in home or at a day program. I have recently witness workers of pcs take a client and take her around town or out of town without any knowledge I believe from admin. I know for sure I read in their policy book that the actions these employees are showing is not ok never ok. this client is to stay in her home and feel free to do as she wishes. I read staff is around the clock care for her but in her home. i've seen the client enter employees home and not come out till the next day, so I assume that the employee has taken upon themselves to make the client work around her. that statement is for the 2 employees now I also witness client leave out of town for the weekend and not return till it was the next shift. (LA area) I also have noticed the manager of these employees she as well is taking advantage of the individual client money wise. I have reached out to the higher ups and was in contact wit the head Boss Andrew he was very helpful for the most part until our last message he stated that there was a police report file against me which I don't understand why I have done nothing wrong but show my concerns. this company is a sham they only care for themselves everyone having relations with one another is beyond me. my source would like to remain anonymous for both of our safety this is how I know these things so please help us put a stop to this company and help those adults get the right care for their disability
