      SOBs got me too - I know one thing in life to be true, karma is a blotch.I ordered 14 day trial from tv ad, product never arrived yet they charged my account $103.04. Total Scam!!!! Stay away, now I have to call my bank and block them from hitting my account again.

      My husband misunderstood ad on TV.....he thought the trial bottle was free and only had about 3 weeks to try product before they charged him for both of the bottles....$105.00 along with some sneeky subscription for various magazines which we absolutely did not want.He called customer service and was told it was too late to cancel magazines so we were stuck with paying for them on our credit card....Bank of America. At least they are trying to resolve this issue since Prosvent customer service just hung up on him.Also, the product is no better than anything else he has tried. So the whole TV ad was a total scam.*************************

      After trying it and cancelling within 30 days, I was charged twice more and told they sent me 2 more orders which would've keyed me to know that my subscription was not cancelled. Had I not been looking at my bank statement. Awaiting a refund they said..

      Just reviewed my credit card statement. The free trial was more expensive than the 2nd bottle I got. No difference in urine flow yet....

      We thank you for your review Mr. Golden and we are sorry for any confusion regarding the offer. We do have a risk free trial offer which allows customers to pay only the shipping and processing and any applicable state sales tax and they have 30 days to cancel. We see that you placed the order for the Prosvent 2 month supply and not the risk free trial offer. You ordered the Prosvent 2 month supply for $79.90 plus $9.95 for shipping and processing and $6.96 for New Mexico state sales tax for a total of $96.80. You agreed to our 2 payment offer and was billed in 2 monthly installments. The first payment which includes the first installment of $39.95 plus $9.95 for shipping and processing and $3.86 for partial state sales tax for a total of $53.76 was billed on 10/30/22, the day you placed the order and the second and final installment of $39.95 plus $3.09 for the balance of the state sales tax for a total of $43.04 was billed on 12/1/22. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this confusion has caused you.

      I ordered.7/18/2022,The trial,Version,And that was 11.90.When i checked with my bank.They charged me.$171.70,And when i got the order in.I got 5 battles of Ultimax.First i did Not orders.All of this 5 battles.When i called them they put me on hold for about 40 minutes.Andres.Told me.That they will issues a refund.And that they will send me.A fed ex label.Vias email.I have not until now gotten,Any email,From them.They Customer service people are very RUDE.And Nasty.Pleaase don`t do business with this Company.They TERRIBLE!!!!.

We will also pull the call recording as we never want any one to have such a poor experience as you had and being put on hold for that long of a time is unacceptable.       Well I order the product and never felt the difference on my urine flow, no harm here but after reading everything here I don't think ill be ordering anything any time. Thanks everyone for the heads up, wish everyone the best.

It is an herbal supplement and everyone's body absorbs at a different rate so the key is to remain consistent with taking the product and it *** take you longer to see results depending on your individual needs.
