    A friend and I got locked inside the facility gate this evening. We were only a couple of minutes past closing time, and the gate wouldn't allow us to leave, also, there is no gate to be able to walk through to get to the outer part of the gate. There is an emergency number on the gate to call but does not lead to help by a live person. We called local police, they came and couldn't let us out, so they had to call the fire department to bring a special key to be able to open the gate. This incident made us feel like we were being held against our will, kidnapped almost. I think this is a really serious problem with cubesmart. What if there was a tragic accident or someone suffers a heart attack and can't be let out or no one can enter to give help. Local authorities must be able to access these kinds of places after hours because it's near impossible to get ahold of anyone who works there for help. We spent over an hour trying to get out of this place, ridiculous.
