      the worst company ever... they say they strive for "great customer service". they lie constantly and are complete unethical. avoid this company at all costs.

      I emailed a termites issues on Nov 2023. Several emails sent back and forth between I and PMP Management . Until now nothing done.

      I have been trying to reach ******************** with PMP Management for the last three days. She has not called me back in spite of leaving messages daily. Prior to my attempts, my realtor has also been unsuccessful in receiving a response. My monthly *************** are almost $1,000; you would think that I would be considered a valued customer and the very least ********************** and ******************* would at least call me back to have a conversation about my issue. There seems to be no sense of urgency to get back to me in a timely manner. I rarely reach out to the *** so when I do reach out, I expect to be spoken to. Their service lacks concern for the *** member in my experience.

      Worst managment company. Whoever hired this company needs to be cautious. Their goal is obviously make home owners life difficult. Per the policy, we submitted an application of a bathroom remodel four weeks before the scheduled start date with all the required paper work and application forms. We subsequently tried to follow up through emails and phone calls numerous times. Someone named ************* replied once and said they do not assist with the city permit, which is completely irrelevant to our application because we do not need city permit. We replied and said a city permit is not required and asked whether additional approval or information is needed from their side. And if nothing else, we assume we are good to go. No response since then, and we thought that should be good. However, a week later, when we were in the *** office inquired another matter and double checked the status of our application, the staff in the office said they did not even see or process our application! Then they accused that our application is not complete because we didnt copy the proposed work to be done in the application form, which they didnt bother to review or let us know until we had to take time to step into the office. Then they said they cannot guarantee they can get us the approval timely for the proposed start date and refused to admit its their fault to sit on the application for weeks. And then right when we are in the office, he said we didnt send the license even though it is one of the attachments in the email application, and we pointed that out right on the spot, which then obviously irritated him because its a personal comment to him. In a word, this is a company lack of internal communication, has chaotic management system, refuse to take responsibilities on their incompetent work, and dont know how to provide good customer care. It is unfortunate that we live in a community managed by this company.

      I always receive great service when I call in, navigating my HOA is not always easy but their staff always is able to educate me and provide me necessary materials I need to better understand. Since they are just the management company and don't dictate my dues or rules (as I've learned), it's much easier to work with them.

      PMP is a joke and its unsettling that theyre actually in business. Its not surprising that ****** has hired them considering how terrible lennar is. All our HOA meetings have been at 6pm and the one meeting where there is a vote for PMP management increase they manage to schedule the meeting at 11am seems a little fishy. They allocated our community funds to the most ridiculous items. $150k on LIFEGUARDS. $75K on lights that work less than 50% of the time!
