    I received a call from this company after my daughter registered for the ***'s. The woman who called claimed my daughter had requested the materials for prep. I can't verify for sure that she didn't. Anyway, it was convincing to me because they used my daughter's name, knew my name as the parent, and called me on my cell. They said they would send the materials but they needed to be paid for up front and I would be refunded the total as long as the materials were returned within 30 days. I admit I thought this was odd to begin with but went through with it anyway thinking I was doing the best for my daughter. And I believed I would actually get the refund. What the sent were Cd's or DVD's form 2012 and a flash drive. we used the flashdrive and never opened the CD's. I sent it all back, overnight mail, on 9/25/2024 (well within 30 days) and confirmed it was delivered to the ** box on 9/26/2024. I called the next week about the refund. I never got a person; I always had to leave a message. I got 1 call returned and lady I spoke with said my name wasn't on her list yet for the refund as they don't check they ** box everyday. Since then I have called again several times and no call back. I can't believe I fell for THIS FRAUD!! Folks beware of this company!! Hopefully I can get help from my bank.
