  I feel so blessed that I met Deanna when she did my brows 2 years ago and now I’m certified working and loving it in her beautiful salon w all her support and good energy!   I got my eyebrows done by Deanna and my brows came out AMAZING! Deanna is so sweet and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my results. I was so nervous booking my appointment and even when I arrived, however Deanna really set my mind at ease. She listened to what I was looking for and literally gave me exactly what I wanted. While doing my brows I asked a few questions about the training and ended up signing up for classes. Deanna knows what she is doing and is a phenomenal technician and teacher. She is so passionate about making sure her students learn the material and just makes you feel supported the whole way through. She shares the realities of starting as a new artist and does not sugar coat it. You have to practice and you will really get what you put in. I took the class 3 months ago and I have continued to reach out for help. Deanna and Allena are always so willing to help me at every turn. As a new artist, I feel supported and I’m now feeling very confident because I’ve shadowed Deanna and I’ve practiced. I’m so glad that I made the decision to go to I.E. Microblading for my training.

  I.E Microblading Academy has changed my life! From The first day I registered for my courses until the day I graduated from my microblading/ombré , lip blushing / lip neutralizing & eyeliner courses , I.e microblading academy has given me so much support & extra help that most pmu academy’s don’t offer. Deanna & her team truly takes care of her students by giving us the tools to start our pmu business, apps to use, hands on support when I started booking my clients after graduating, positive encouragement, and I can’t forget to mention how easy it is to get in touch with I.e microblading academy if I have a question about my pmu business! & LASTLY, DEANNA & HER TEAM HELPED ME TO FEEL MORE CONFIDENT ABOUT MY WORK. IF I NEED HELP WITH A CLIENT, DEANNA WILL STEP IN & HELP. I LOVE WHEN SHE STEPS IN BECAUSE IT ALLOWS ME TO SHADOW HER & SHE GOES BACK OVER WHAT SHE TAUGHT IN CLASS THAT I MAY HAVE FORGOT DUE TO BEING NERVOUS. I DONT MIND THE FACT THAT I’M NOT AN EXPERT YET, & THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO HAVE GIVEN DEANNA & HER TEAM FALSE BAD REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY CAN’T UNDERSTAND THAT STARTING OFF YOU’RE NOT GOING TO OVERNIGHT BECOME AN EXPERT. YOU MUST HUMBLE THYSELF, STUDY & PRACTICE & GO BACK OVER NOTES & BE WILLING TO BE A STUDENT & ALLOW DEANNA TO GO BACK OVER WHAT “YOU” CANT COMPREHEND. THESE FALSE BAD REVIEWERS NEED TO STOP TRYING TO BLAME OTHERS FOR THEIR SHORT COMINGS, & DO THE WORK! AND I CAN’T BELIEVE THAT SOMEONE CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT THEY DON’T GET THE BEST LIFE-TIME I REPEAT LIFE TIME SUPPORT THEY NEED FROM DEANNA & HER TEAM THAT THEY OFFER TO THEIR STUDENTS! I could go on & on about how amazing this school is! Overall I.E microblading was one of the BEST decision ive made in my life! 10/10 & 5 stars

  I attended a class here in January 2023, the staff was very kind and informative. I received a lot of information and the support I was looking for. Deanna really took her time to make sure that I and the other students understood the material and she is very hands on. I enjoyed the class and would recommend this academy to any student looking for training that feel like 1:1 and support to help get you started as a new PMU artist.

  I’m so over this school/salon and everything it stands for. It has been more of a disappointment than a benefit for me. I initially chose this school over a school that was closer to my home because I felt like it had more to offer because it was giving 3 months free chair rental and a lifetime of support. However, after Deanna and her team collected my money it was like they wanted nothing to do with me nor did they care to support me on my journey with micro blading. I call they don’t answer, I leave voice messages they don’t answer. They don’t include enough in your kit for the first ten clients like they said. They give you 2 pencils, 3 needles, 3 blades, 2 inks, some measuring rulers, 6 fake skins, a bag of cotton sticks, and a pmu machine and they make you use most of these items up in the classroom. The course is 4 days long and you have to work on a live model on the 3rd day to do microblading and micro shading before you even learn about microshading. You get taught microshading on the 4th day and even then you leave the class without really knowing anything about micro shading. Oh and don’t even get me started on the reviews. Most the reviews on google are probably not genuine or legit because Deanna pressures her students into writing a good review and giving her a good rating before she even gives you your certificate. One girl left a 4 star review and then she gossiped about that girl among other students because she didn’t rate her 5 stars. I tried to overlook such unprofessional behavior and still give them a chance because I still was promised my 3 months free chair rental. Deanna also said I could call her personal phone number if ever I needed help. She answered the phone for me one time within that 3 month period and put me off on another person who wanted nothing to do with me. I’m very unsatisfied with my experience.

  I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our Academy. We take all feedback seriously and strive to improve our services for our students. We apologize for any miscommunication regarding the contents of the kit and the number of items included. We understand that this would have been frustrating for you and we offered to replace any supplies that were used during the class. We would like to assure you that we have taken steps to improve our communication with our students. As for the reviews, we do not pressure our students to write positive reviews. We encourage our students to leave honest feedback, whether it's positive or negative. We take all reviews seriously and use them to improve. After we learned of your dissatisfactions, we offered an opportunity to retake the class free of charge and extended training time in the salon. You scheduled a time to come in but you did not take advantage of the training, shadowing, or support with clients. If you would like to discuss this further or have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
