  Whenever I tried to use my antivirus protectected browser mode dialing into this website it does not work. I do not get this problem for no other good trusted website , but this one. I find that very shady and a warning sign. The first time I ordered from this company the protected browser mode would not work.But I needed the ink so I ordered anyway without the protectected mode from the compandsave.com website. And shortly after this some unknown person from ********** was stealing money from my credit card. Luckily I got my bank to stop this fraud .And I vowed never again to order from this shady website

  I didn't get my order, they sent tracking info which does not show my address, it says it was delivered to mailbox in my zip code area. They did not want to replace items, i started dispute with Paypal. Now this shoddy company wants me to close dispute first, then they replace or refund.

  As per the investigation, we shipped the order to the address stated below, which was delivered on December 27, 2022 via **** with Tracking Number: **********************. ***************************************** *************************************************************************************************************** We were able to discuss with the client that we could send him a replacement; however, we saw that he filed a dispute with PayPal, wherein the payment he made for this order was temporarily on hold. We would like to ask the customer to cancel the dispute before we can send a replacement for his entire order. We have proof of purchase and proof of delivery for this order. We hope for the client's cooperation so we can resolve the issue.

  We have used this company for years we had a problem with one of the ink cartridges.,it was empty and did not have a tab l called the company spoke to ***************** who said he was a supervisor and he said he will not honor the100 percent guarantee that is printed 3 times on the box
