      We had purchased a washer and dryer from this company both with the understanding that both were electric. The electric washer when we first did a low through it worked fine then later found that it was leaking we did find that it was leaking from a hose and we replaced it but we were told that it worked fine no leaks no problems. The part was $30 so we just wrote that one off as it's fine now we had to fix it. The dryer however was not running hot, so we then unplugged everything from our utility room looked underneath pulled the back off and found that it was a gas dryer instead of what we had originally thought we purchased which was an electric dryer. We contacted this company several times who then would not return our calls voicemails text messages etc until my husband stated we no longer need his services. He then replied back, are you sure? When my husband replied back to him we want a refund of $150 for the dryer we purchased under false pretenses. The company has not made right or called back since. We gave them five days to respond to us respond to phone calls text messages etc and still no contact. Thank you for your assistance in this matter
