    LJ Hausner installed aluminum patio last November 2021. When heavy rains came December 14, there was a couple of leaks on the stucco where the patio was attached. Apparently, they didn't properly seal the attachment section. But instead of fixing it by sealing, they blamed the stucco. "It appears those may be leaks where there is (sic) cracks in the stucco" their rep said in a text. The house is just 4 years old (new construction)! Rep said he (initials is B.S., how appropriate!) has nothing to do with leaks and advised me to call the office. I called their office and was answered by a rude woman rep who doesn't even care about customer service. The leaks were never fixed and every time it rains hard, the leaks show up on the stucco like a sore thumb. And they are charging us for their supposedly warranty work. Today January 10, 2023 the gutters are leaking, and I called their office and it's only a voicemail. I emailed the pictures to their company email last time but I didn't get a response. I don't think they will ever come and fix their "lifetime" warranty. This company is only good at the beginning when they want to get your money. After that, good luck calling them and making them fix the warranty issues. If there is a zero rating this is what they deserve. I regretted recommending them to my friends also. Buyers beware. Look for another legit company and have peace of mind. -FP *******, **
