    I had ***** from vlmspec tune my Audi R8 v10+ in 2017 and retune is in 2020 after I performed more upgrades. I had electrical problems with the vehicle in 2023 that I initially thought were software related and reached out to the company for help. They were receptive to my issues and with their help together we were able to determine the root cause of my issues were with a control unit in the vehicle. Since my vehicle was well out of warranty for hardware with Audi I was going to have to replace a very expensive module out of pocket. ***** used his contacts with Audi of ******* and was able to source me a new replacement free of charge. Vlmspec then guided me through its replacement process and reprogramming of it to restore my vehicles functionality. I am writing this review because I really appreciate their commitment to helping me when the issue was not even related to them or their product. If I ever purchase another vehicle they work with I will be trusting them again.-Cristoph
