  *** the owner of this event business is a scam and a thief who will use you as a vendor for her event and then wont pay you for the products youve provided. She paid a deposit to have custom sweets made for one of her bridal shower event and after picking up the sweets, she has refused to pay us the remaining balance making up all sorts of excuses. Its been over 4 months and a bunch of running in circle messages. Many other vendors from other reviews had fell victim to her as well. Do not do business with her. Her event needs to close down as she is scamming people from their hard work. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and very poor business management.

  My child's wedding took place on October 1, 2022, and was marred by a series of disappointments and unfulfilled promises.In the aftermath of the wedding, a significant financial burden remains unresolved, as Ana Flores Events has yet to reimburse me for several thousand dollars spent on services that were promised but ultimately not provided. The list of discrepancies is extensive and includes, but is not limited to, the absence of bridesmaids' bouquets, a severe shortage of chairs, non-realization of a paid-for decor arrangement, missing flowers on the dessert table, and the absence of a coffee bar. All of this has been filed in Small Claims, which I won.My concerns began to mount when I learned that Ana Flores Events had committed to a larger wedding event around the same date as ours. It became evident that our event was not receiving the attention and dedication it deserved. The property owner was forced to step in to complete the work, contradicting ***'s claim that she had compensated him. The evening of the event was fraught with challenges, and it required the collective efforts of various parties, including the DJ's wife, the photographer, the property owner, and myself, to bridge the gaps left by ***'s shortcomings.*** had initially proposed sending an assistant to our event, citing a lack of necessity for a tent or additional facilities. However, I pleaded with her in multiple emails, as she had committed to personally oversee our wedding over a year prior.In conclusion, my experience with Ana Flores Events was characterized by overpromising and underdelivering. While various other vendors played a pivotal role in salvaging the day, the overall outcome was far from the vision we had held dear. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a cautionary note to future clients, urging them to carefully scrutinize the terms and conditions, particularly in situations where larger events may divert attention away from their own special day.
